The Gardens at Heather Farm is the ideal place to host your party, business or group meeting, seminar or special event. The Camellia Room, with a full kitchen and wraparound deck can seat up to 150* guests indoors. Light and airy, it has a high beamed ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows that afford views of the gardens below.

The Camellia Room features a projection screen and wireless Internet access. Tables and chairs can be set up in a wide variety of configurations. For workshops and seminars, breakout sessions can be held in a variety of indoor and outdoor locations.


The Rotary Room, which seats up to 50 guests, is also available for meetings and workshops. It features a large whiteboard, projection screen, and wireless Internet access.

The Meadow Garden is a perfect location for picnics and family reunions!  A more private location that in the adjoining City park, the lawn is bordered by rose hedges and trees.  Located adjacent to the Howard Center, restroom facilities may also be made available for your private gathering.

The Lakeview Lawn is the largest area for rental groups who wish to be outdoors.  Situated between the pond in the adjacent park and the lovely Cowden Rose Garden, this site is perfect for company picnics or larger groups who wish to rent tents from an approved vendor.

A qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit, GHF is self supporting through memberships, fundraisers, grants, private donations, facility rentals and program fees.
