Purchase a special bear friend for your little one to pick up on the day of the Teddy Bear Tea, HERE on our Square Store! Bears can be picked up on the day of your scheduled seating.

All guests over the age of 12 will be required to provide proof of Covid Vaccination or negative test results within 72 hours of the event date.

We grow and sell plants year-round in our on-site nursery facilities! From organic seasonal vegetables to unique perennials to water-wise options like salvias and succulents, we’ve got a wide and ever-changing selection of plants perfect for your garden.
Private Events
Engaged couples LOVE our venue! It’s the perfect combination of naturally inspiring indoor and outdoor spaces that makes for a truly unforgettable wedding day. Both affordable and flexible, our venue is also a great choice for parties, memorials, and business events.
Youth Education
Kids are easily inspired by nature, and the natural world is ripe with educational opportunities. Our Youth Education programs offer virtual and in-person classes for children in preschool and elementary grades. Learn about wildlife habitats, geology, plant anatomy, water conservation, environmental stewardship, and more.
Visit The Gardens
If you haven’t seen our Rose Garden in prime blooming season, you are in for a real treat! And our six-acre property offers many more beautiful garden areas, including a Children’s Garden, Shade Garden, Rock and Salvia Garden, Waterfall Garden and more. No matter the season, it’s a fun and engaging place to visit!

The garden is starting to fill up with beautiful flowers for all our visitors to enjoy. They belong IN our garden, they belong TO our garden, so please do not take them home. Thank you.
UPDATE FOR COVID-19: The Gardens at Heather Farm is committed to helping stop the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Outdoor public garden areas are open for visiting from sunrise to sunset. Visitors should practice safe physical distancing and wear face coverings as recommended by the County Health Department. All visitors in our building must be masked. Guests at indoor events at The Gardens must show proof of full Covid vaccination or negative Covid test within 72 hours of the event. Guests will be asked for their documentation.

Our Youth Education programs are made possible in part by charitable contributions including individual gifts, grants, and sponsorships. Donations help us pursue our mission to educate the community about our natural world.
Membership
Members enjoy an array of benefits such as discounts on plant purchases from our nursery and other local retailers, and free or discounted admission to hundreds of public gardens in North America, while helping our gardens to thrive.
Volunteer
Our nonprofit employs a small team of staff to get much of the daily business done, and volunteers fill the gaps. Volunteer support is crucial to key areas such as garden maintenance, propagation, and fundraising events. It’s also a healthy and fun way to spend time!
